If your package is delayed or missing, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or sent in error.
